"A World At War, A Jewish Mother On The Battlefield. A Brooklyn Daughter Waiting. The Jewish Girl Who Grows In Brooklyn: Evelyn My Jewish Princess."

A bestselling Amazon UK kindle title for April 2012, "Evelyn My Jewish Princess: The Jewish Girl Who Grows In Brooklyn" is a well received story. It is emotionally charged coming of age fictional memoir set in 1944 Brooklyn, NY. Tomboy Evelyn Sternheim and her young brother Benji try to live a normal life even though their mother Mrs. Evelyn Sternheim is a U.S. Army Nurse in the front lines in Europe helping to bandage wounded American soldiers with her patriotism. They miss Mrs. Sternheim, their mother who is remembered mostly wearing proudly her Army Nurse's uniform. Mrs. Sternheim is a strong female role model who fervently believes in the mystical "Spirit of Brooklyn." It is a superbly poignant and touching tale of childhood friendships and childhood loss in Brooklyn. In the story, Evelyn tries to become friends with a poor Williamsburg, Brooklyn girl named Gertrude Studenmeiner who instead of wanting to be friends teases the young girl calling her "Evelyn My Jewish Princess" thinking Evelyn is a conceited banker's daughter. Evelyn's father is the Benjamin Sternheim of Birmbaum, Fitzwhistle, and Sternheim Bank, the biggest bank in Brooklyn, NY. Get a copy of Alessandro Paolo Perucci's "Evelyn My Jewish Princess" today!

It's very obvious that this portrait of a young Jewish girl in New York is weitten by a male goy. It is very hard to believe this story, and I can't see that the author has managed to think and see the world neither from a child's perspective, a a female perspective nor a Jewish perspective. I'm sorry, I don't believe this story.
