The vast majority of doctors care about the health of their patients and want the best for them.
It is therefore staggering to learn that according to official records hundreds of thousands of people die every year, in the USA alone, from medical practices.
These deaths are not from malpractice as such, but from established medical procedures and from prescription drugs taken as directed by a physician.
It is such a recognised phenomenon that there is an official term for illness and death caused by medical treatment; it is called iatrogenesis.
Official figures show that, after heart disease and cancer, the biggest killer in America is the medical profession.
This is not a problem peculiar to the USA and, alarmingly, it is not a situation that is improving.
Statistics show that for both America and the UK a person is more likely to die as a result of a visit to a doctor than they are from a road traffic accident.
It is obvious that there is something fundamentally wrong with modern medicine.
It is a problem so grave that it has the potential to make everyone a casualty of current medical treatment.
So why has it all gone wrong?
Why hasn’t the ever increasing expenditure on sophisticated medical technology and the plethora of ‘new’ pharmaceutical products brought a corresponding improvement in the prevention and cure of disease?
Our investigation revealed a catalogue of serious problems that include poor science, toxic medicine, misdiagnosis, hypocrisy, poisoned environments and suppression of information, all of which culminate in needless suffering and death on a huge scale throughout the world.
We have brought together information from many highly-qualified doctors, scientists and researchers who challenge the very foundations that current medical and pharmaceutical practices are based on.
Our book will change readers' views about 'illness' and 'health' forever as it becomes abundantly clear 'why germs don't make you ill and drugs can't cure you'.

NoR is the collective writing name of a group of researchers. They believe that the true purpose of education is to stimulate people to think for themselves. Their intention is for their writing to inspire people to look beneath the often misleading 'veneer' on information that is promulgated by many official sources.

Fantastic. I wish there were more books like this that expose the greedy motives behind our sick institutions. It isn't surprising that there are a lot of people out there who propagate false information to make loads of money, but after reading this in-depth look at the staggering depravity and plethora of misinformation going on in the fundamental workings of our medical institutions, I really think PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. People need good, unbiased information, and this is a wonderful book to get it from.

I firmly believe that in years to come this book will be on a majority of household book shelves. A truly mind opening read and great reference point for further research. This is a clear and concise book that is easy to read. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

As someone who has always had a nagging intuition that what we were told about diagnosis and treatment of disease just didn't add up, I was so incredibly grateful to come across this wonderful resource. This book brought such validation to my ideas around illness and healing! It is an easy and short read, but it is packed with valuable information to jump start REAL healing from all of the toxins we are exposed to everyday. It also shares so much history and exposes the medical industry's and government's antics of enforcing control over our lives. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to understand why it is the more you spend in a doctor's office, the sicker you get!

I thought this book was very insightful and challenged the current "Germ Theory" . It was a bit short and could have expounded more on their opposite theory. All in all a very good read for health professionals who really believe everything the system and media relays about bacteria and viruses.
HASH(0xa4389dec) su 5 stelle Sounds like that celebrity con artist 2 dicembre 2015

Really? A pamphlet being sold as if it were a book? Is this some kind of a joke? I'd ask where the references were but their necessity was conveniently, if not tactfully, and oh, so smugly dismissed in the "Acknowledgements" on page 2. Seriously?
Hey, I'm not knocking the claims that are being made here in this little booklet but without substantive and verifiable references, I'm just taking "NOR's" (Dawn Lester's) word for it that he read some old books from some old doctors who had it right back in the day and now, for $12, he's going to teach me something absolutely original that I've never heard nor read before and it's going to change my life.
Wait a minute: That sounds awfully familiar. Sounds like that celebrity con artist, Rhonda Byrne, in her best-selling comic masterpiece, "The Secret," which she perversely passes off as a magical "self-help" bible for the desperately inept and gullible masses. You know, she did all this research on all these ancient texts that no one but Rhonda Byrne has seen and from there has isolated the secret of the universe and for the right price, you can be in on it, too!
Oh! My!! God!!! Really?
While I can't in good faith claim that his paperback essay is quite as insidious - I can at least agree, intuitively, with his claims - I also can't rely on it to support any arguments I might wish to base on research outside of my own. There's no backing evidence, no footnote (not one), no end note, no bibliography, nothing but "NOR." Yet, NOR is clever enough to insert disclaimers such as those found on pages 2 and 3 and a "Copyright" notice on page 1 to reinforce his position as an unnatural entity with legal rights (not to mention LIMITED LIABILITY) to control the reproduction of his hardly intellectual property (profit from a dinky pamphlet). Wow!
I knew something was wrong when (in a Facebook chat) he pulled that old "You are the master of your own destiny" tripe out on me, as if that played-out, pathetic mantra of self-delusion could ever appeal to any sense I might have of my own mortality and relative lack of control over the world or importance in the grand scheme of things. It is too bad because the message is probably true but the author is too busy hustling his "book" to have any time left to invest in doing the actual 'grunt' work of scholarship.
Really? This couldn't suffice as a blog? You don't have to give your work away for free but the least you can do when you demand that others put up so much as a dime of their hard-earned cash is to offer a product worthy of their labor and the way to do that is to put in just a little more work, don't you think? Where's my refund?
