Debbie G. Brownfield believes in living life passionately. Her passions include music, travel, family, writing, and education, and these can be seen in most of her books. This book as Debbie's 2nd on the market is very well written and captured my attention from the beginning.
Great for those who enjoy suspense with romance and dealing with major issues of our day.
Loved it!

Powerful Story 29 settembre 2014
Di D. Mayne - Pubblicato su Amazon.com
Formato: Formato Kindle
In Secret Agendas, author Debbie Brownfield doesn't shy away from the controversial topic of human trafficking. In fact, this story gives me chills as I see how close to home this horrifying practice can be. Through vivid dialogue, strong characterization, and competent plotting that stays close to reality, readers are taken on a journey that shows how corrupt the underworld can be.
We think that slavery and the child sex trade is only in places like Asia, Africa and the Middle East 11 novembre 2014
Di J. Stringer - Pubblicato su Amazon.com
Formato: Copertina flessibile
In her book, "Secret Agendas," Debbie G. Brownfield has just scratched the surface of the horror which is human trafficking. We think that slavery and the child sex trade is only in places like Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In "Secret Agendas," Ms. Brownfield brings it home to South Carolina. The horror of human trafficking is right here and exists throughout the United States. Contact the author to find out how you can help eradicate this scourge and return innocent children to their parents.

May Be One of the Worst Books that I Ever Finished Reading 12 agosto 2013
Di isabellesneena - Pubblicato su Amazon.com
Formato: Formato Kindle Acquisto verificato
I do not think this book had an editor, or if it did, he/she should be fired! The sentence structure was awkward in many places. Sentence fragments popped up inexplicibly. Punctuation was incorrect or non-existent. Some sentences did not have verbs. The characters were cardboard and predictable, or worse, their behavior was totally out of character. The dialogue was ridiculous. Twenty-somethings do not say, that "sustance is needed." Too much attention was paid to the color of the drapes and not enough to the emotions of the characters. If the agenda of the author was bringing human trafficking to the forefront, it failed miserably. A scene where a small child is murdered should have evoked extreme emotions from the other characters. They barely reacted. It was a story about a group of families, so many families, that 6 family trees were listed at the start of the book, 6! If I could have given this book a half star instead of a full star, I would have. What a total, waste of time.

Not what I expected 12 settembre 2013
Di CC - Pubblicato su Amazon.com

I was disappointed that human trafficing became a minor plot with Agenda 21 taking over the book starting with the first paragraph. The writing was very discriptive to the point of distraction. I would not recommend it.
