What a gem of a book!
It presents a myriad of challenges that many of us face when it comes to communication. The authors give a brief but very to the point and practical solution for each.

A few most helpful to me were the following challenges with their accompanying solution:
I Hate the Way I Sound on Tape
I Never Remember People's Names After I'm Introduced
How Do I Break Into a Group of People Talking?
How Do I Get Past the Secretary
Why Do Some People Talk So Much, and How Can You Politely Shut Them Up?
I Dropped Spahetti on My Shirt While at Lunch With Clients

Every challenge/strategy was so interesting that I read them all, even if they weren't an issue particular to myself.

This is a good book for anyone who communicates in any type of setting.....everyone!
