I have to admit that this is not a genre I read often, so the fact that I enjoyed it to the point where I unconsciously read like a true story, says a lot.I like the easy-to-relate lines that make it almost believable. George Martin also did a good job with characterization, dialogue and narrative. The plot is also gripping and the scope of the setting attests to the depth of the writer's imaginative mind. This book reminds me of a story I read in The Usurper and Other Stories. In a nutshell, this is an accomplished story.
