The five "steps" seem more like five tips. There is nothing to support or even assist is losing 5 pounds in a week. The writing style and quality changes suggesting to me that much of it is cut and pasted from other places. One tip about drinking oxygenated water is unproven to have any benefits but it spends most of a chapter about it. Even if your body can use o2 from water, compare it to your lungs. Each time you breath you inhale about .5 liters of air. 20% of that is oxygen. Can a bottle of water equal one breath? Think not.
Another related suggestion states deep breathing brings more oxygen to the blood. Granted deep breathing helps clear out carbon dioxide from your lungs but the lungs do not use all of the oxygen in each breath anyway. Most healthy people have a o2 level in the blood near 100% already sorry can't raise above that.
