As the founder and executive director of Kidpower Teenpower Fullpower International, known as Kidpower for short, Irene has been a tireless leader in protecting and empowering children, teens, and adults around the world for more than two decades. Irene has written comprehensive training manuals, books for children as well as for adult, articles, and blogs, creating an extensive and growing library of resources to bring "People Safety" knowledge into the daily practices of individuals, families, schools, organizations, and communities.
