It is also written for a very specific audience:restaurant managers or soon to be restaurant owners. Unlike other books,this one is current and revelent to the times of today. Unless you buy the book and throw it into a drawer without reading it,you will recover its cost many times over.It will give you a handy resource of new and different promotions to pull from and use. I am glad I came across this book.
