This is not a motorcycle travelling book, and if you want to call it like that, it's an extraordinary one! A truly open and honost story of a woman who gets confronted with herself while being on a solo motorcycle adventure through the Americas. Creating by self reflection an awareness of bad habits, which get often in our way. And that it's so easy to fall back in those old patterns and habits, burry yourself in work again and loose out of sight what life is about: staying true to yourself! I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to go a bit deeper then a "just go for a ride" book. Well done Annette and thanks for sharing your wonderful experience!

Annette really spoke to my heart. In so many parts of this book, I felt like I was reading about my own struggles as a woman. So many of us are too afraid to really go for it and are held by back our insecurities. Annette made hers a catalyst for fulfilling a dream. Her brutal honesty about struggling with those same issues during her journey speaks volumes about her character. This story is about much more than a motorcycle journey--it's a life journey and an insight into our own fears, insecurities and dreams. Kudos to Annette for being so brave and then sharing her adventure with us. An amazing book; an amazing woman.
