I bought this book locally and am very pleased with it. Although I don't grow my own vegetables, I buy a lot of them at our local farmer's market. Easy recipes. Gives you new ideas of what to do with the same vegetables so you're not cooking them the same way over & over again. I'm looking forward to making more of these recipes.
