This has got to be the most boring book I have ever read. And I have read a lot of true crime. Unless you would like to read about Grund's sexual encounters in prison skip this one. There is absolutely nothing in this book that would encourage thinking Grund is innocent. Nothing but this child abuser's continuous claims of innocence. Whats new about that? If anything this book will remove any doubt of her guilt. The only good I received from reading this book is the knowledge of Indiana Prison's and how they are not that bad. Texas sure doesn't allow annual picnics with outdoor grilles and catered food for the prisoners. According to Grund she is having one hell of a ball in prison. Complete with lovers and all that this implies. Save your money on this one.

This is written by the murderers HUSBAND!!! Who is also the most naive gullible person in the world. A man who will believe anything. Obvious evidence is cast aside because Susan says "I'm innocent". Ridiculous! Although this book tries to show she is innocent it just shows how conniving she is. At least the guys who fell for her before didn't have to overlook a murder conviction, just a child beating! But of course she has an explanation for that too. Even before looking up the author and seeing that he is posting stuff all over the web about Susan you can tell that this book is not only poorly written but also written by somebody who is brainwashed. I ended up feeling hatred towards Susn Grund and pity and disgust for the author. This sociopath is clearly using this guy to help her case and convince the world that she is innocent. Wonder what would happen if he stopped doing anything for her.....

1.0 su 5 stelle Terrible book 9 settembre 2012

Don't bother with this one. It's like reading a romance novel/mystery by a teenage girl. I read some newspaper articles after starting to read the book-I couldn't finish it, it is so poorly written. The book doesn't reflect reality. Maybe because the writer is her husband, who she married after killing Mr. Grund.

5.0 su 5 stelle Still a good read even if it is one sided. 23 novembre 2013

This is definitely a one sided version to this true story. It does cover the main points of the story, but this is more Susan Grund's version of the truth told by her her fiance', the author, J.W. Lee. Still a good read, but it does read like a B movie script at times.
