This is an amazing workbook that anyone can use for daily life issues. As a business owner, the tools and techniques are simply, easy to use throughout the day, and clearly evokes changes from the inside out. I wrote in pencil so that I could use it again and again. Certain sections did not have a direct application for me. However, I was able to insert behavior and/or thought that I wanted to change into the workbook sections that allowed me to create a more positive outcome. The techniques work every time if you are honest and put for the effort! Remember, that it is WORK to work on yourself. Re-read the book every 3 months, you'll be amazed at the improved you! 8 weeks to bliss is a must. If you read this book and follow the program , you will experience a positive change from inside out. You will eliminate the craving for food, if that is your goal. This book will help you deal with such feelings as anxiety, loneliness, and even depression. And you will definitely lose weight. Catherine's book is a brilliant and tantalizing burst of possibilities .
