There's nothing more frustrating than *knowing* you should have won that last match, that last fight, that last business deal. Right?

I purchased this book hoping to find some insight into how people get "stuck" in sports. I was pleased to find I could apply all the concepts and exercises to my business as well!

If you consistently find yourself choking and losing to people you know you should be beating, order this book right now!

It doesn't matter if your competitor is another team, another company, or just yourself...Worthy To Win is the path out of the darkness.
Worth several "reads" 22 maggio 2014
Di Lisa Corrente - Pubblicato su
Joey Johnson is so good at what he does and is a genuine person with a passion to truly help athletes become all they can be -- in other words, to become "Worthy to Win!" His own experience as a professional athlete, combined with his understanding of the complex process of becoming a more self-aware athlete/individual makes his program and this book a cut above the rest. He asks the tough questions and teaches players to look within themselves for answers. He is a compassionate listener and understands how difficult it is for athletes to become complete competitors. Joey teaches athletes that they can only become "worthy to win" after they become self-aware -- a necessity component for mental development in all aspects of life, but especially in sports. If an athlete is willing to commit to the process and willing to look within, Joey can help facilitate the journey. Joey also understands the importance of involving parents at appropriate levels in the developmental process, in order to gain additional insight and perspective. He's the real deal, and the book is worth several "reads."
