non sono un grande esperto dei Kasabian, ho sentito alla Radio alcuni pezzi e mi sono meravigliato e subito identificato con questo rock dei '15 dei 2000 , quasi come nei 70 in cui gli "album" erano pieni di bei pezzi e non solo riempitivi. In più aggiornato al suono dei ns. tempi . Un gruppo con grosso potenziale, che ha lavorato sodo per arrivare fino qui. Una speranza per il Rock del futuro ! consigliato.

I Kasabian sono un gruppo inglese non molto osannato dai mass media. Ma non hanno nulla da invidiare ai migliori gruppi del brit-pop. Fin dal loro esordio mi hanno ricordato un originale connubbio di Oasis e Chemical Brothers. Il penultimo album era stato un mezzo passo falso. Con questo album tornano su ottimi livelli. Lo consiglio ai fan degli Oasis e a chi piace il rock contaminato con basi elettroniche. I pezzi sono normalmente ritmati e ballabili.

Con 48:13 i kasabian ritornano alle loro origini e sfornano un album pieno di pezzi instant classic. Penso a stevie, a treat, a explodes o allo stesso singolo eez eh. Rispetto a Velociraptor, molto più mainstream, si ritrovano molti richiami dei primi due album. Io lo adoro e l'ho preso nonostante sia un membro Spotify perchè a mio avviso merita l'acquisto. Accattivante anche la scelta della grafica di copertina libretto e cd!

Nulla da dire sul disco, che reputo essere un capolavoro. Ho da poco assistito ad un loro concerto e i pezzi di questo album dal vivo sono incredibili. Purtroppo la custodia del cd è spaccata sia anteriormente che posteriormente, poste italiane, come sempre, si fa riconoscere.

I Kasabian tornano sulla scena e lo fanno in modo dirompente con un album carico di adrenalina ed energia impensabili dopo Velociraptor!.
Assolutamente consigliato. Confezione, cd e libretto pienamente soddisfacenti. Anche se la copertina a mio parere avrebbe potuto avere un quel qualcosa in più di sensazionale e memorabile.

I have been a Kasabian fan from the beginning, and I have loved all their albums. I pre ordered 48:13 and when I saw them perform Bumblebeee on Jools Holland I couldn't wait. I am not disappointed, I love all the tracks on this album. Yes eez-eh is a catchy electronic track, and as the first single, it will sell a few extra albums from people who would probably never have thought of buying a Kasabian album before. People who like the bouncy dance beat and may expect the rest of the album to be the same. Wrong! The rest of the album is completely different to eez-eh. clever marketing ploy though. My personal favourite is S.P.S a song Serge wrote for Tom about them growing up together and everything they have achieved over the years. A lovely bromance song. Bumblebeee is a great rockin track, and I couldn't get Explodes out of my head the first time I listened to it, along with Doomsday and Bow. I could go through all the tracks but that would make it too 'eez-eh' for people, I suggest you 'Treat' yourselves and buy the album, have a 'Glass' or two and enjoy. (sorry couldn't help it!)

I absolutely love this album, and play it from start to finish quite a bit. I'd heard 1 track on the radio, listened to it in the Amazon music player, and decided I needed to get the real thing. As much as I like the convenience of streaming / playing mp3s, there's nothing quite like the joy of playing a whole album as the artist intended... especially when pretty much every track is great.

I never used to like Kasabian, thinking they sounded too much like bits of other bands, but this album just rocked me, it's that simple, buy it :)

Better Than Velociraptor!

When we all heard 'Eez-Eh' 1st being played on radio 1 I'm sure I wasn't the only person thinking 'what have they done!?' The song is definitely a grower and a catchy tune! But you can't judge the new album on just one song.

When I heard 'Bumblebee' that's when I thought 'this album is going somewhere!' I started to realise the album won't be a flop lol

Like the 1st album I like the short interludes in between songs, I can't decide what my favourite songs are, they change so much, I was hooked on 'Explodes' slow synthetic start into a deep guitar riff and mega synth finish! Didn't expect them to do a song sounding like that and the lyrics are decent too.

It's not often I like all the songs in an album but I do with 48:13, their hard work has paid off and it seems their year break have made them better and even bigger!

I still say my favourite album from them is West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum but that's just personal preference! This album is definitely better than their pervious one 'Velociraptor!'

Nice to see the boys back to their best and on top form, looking forward to seeing them live later in the year, well done lads! Ooooosh!!

I really loved their first album. I wasn't sure about the subsequent ones. However the more I listen to the tracks contained within each CD the more I love them. They have to be one of the most underrated bands of modern times. This one did not fail to deliver

48:13 - Had heard of Kasabian, my friend raved about them and were fantastic at Glastonbury! So gave in and purchased this CD taking on board my friend comments and the Amazon reviews; I can say I agree they are great and this CD even through my first step in this group was surprised how much I enjoyed it, liven up my travel into work and back; recommended for traffic jams as well! Thanks to everyone for reviews and its does last 48.13. :-)
