While the latter series provide the system and its framework from the ground up, this one uncovers a very human dimension in which all of that is applied, and the many ways the unfolding takes place. It is a deliberate selection of posts containing the most valuable contributions by the author to date, which if taken apart and written line after line would fill pages of insightful material on the whole AYP system from a much wider perspective than the other more direct writings are able to contain.
Here are just a few such examples paraphrased:
"The path is in us already, and no practice is complete, but inside you are, waiting to be revealed."
"It is not necessary to keep picking up the mantra over and over if already absorbed in it. It is ok to be like that. It is not concentration, but samadhi, absorption in inner silence."
"Pratyahara (inner sensuality) corresponds to rise of ecstatic conductivity...ecstatic inner space that depends on inner silence cultivated separately."
"Once ecstatic conductivity begins to come up, we are in much better position to optimize our practice, having real sensations to follow."
"Don't hang on to things (such as the mantra) and don't try to push things out (like attention to breathing)."
It contains not just direct advice relating to all of the AYP practices, and additional explanations on a wide range of subjects. Through the dialogues and between the lines, the spirit and power of a new model of collaborative open source spiritual practices is revealed, along with its thriving community of practitioners that continue to test the boundaries of human potential and spiritual transformation.
Reading Yogani's responses to forum questions is like staring into that enticing body of water. You can see how inviting, refreshing, and delicious it would be to swim in the Water of Truth that his words describe. However, to jump in the water, you have to do more than read. You have to practice daily, engage in devotion and surrender to Divinity, and begin to dream. As Yogani says: Dare to dream, and dare to act on your dream.
This compilation of Q&A's is deeply inspirational and offers some major guidance to serious spiritual seekers.
Jump in and start swimming. And may peace be with you all along the way.
