A consice and readable book that will help any entrepreneur focus on 10 key issues, starting with the customer perspective, rather than your own ideas and finally reminding us that we are in this for the enjoyment.
The book follows the trials and tribulations of a small business and uses it as a vehicle to explain key insights and concepts. It does this in an entertaining manner and keeps it short and sweet.
I have a range of books on my shelf and this little gem will be on my list of gifts to new entrepreneurs, simply because it says it all so well.
For me it is a nice reminder of key learning, even after 25 years in technology development and new initiative establishment, and especially as I aim to launch a new app soon.
And it costs less than a bunch of good flowers.
