Hunted By The Alphas: Part One is a paranormal romance short story.

The story opens with an introduction to Ash who is the Alpha of a pack of shifters. The scene starts at his proposed binding ceremony which will strengthen his pack.

Next we meet Val who lives in the city and is currently a vampire hunter. She is sent with her sister to tackle a vampire, but the mission fails. Instead of facing her parents with this news, Val heads to a bar where she meets Blaze, a man who she saw staring at her from across the street.

The storyline had lots of potential, but it read like an early draft because it lacked layers and details about thoughts, emotions and actions which all make a story believable. This series is written in short stories which I think would have worked much better as just one book.

I was gutted when this book finished!!! It is an extremely addictive and compelling read. This is the first book I have read by this author and after reading this I will definitely be searching for more. I loved the world that this was set in, it was so descriptive and imaginative making it so real for the reader. The characters were so well thought out and I cant wait ti find out what happens next in this action packed supernatural novella. Loved It!!!!

Val has been raised by hunters of monsters to be a hunter all her life, but she is not a blood hunter she was adopted by them as a baby and has no idea who her real parents are. Now that she is ready to go out on her first solo mission, she finds that she is not really up to it. Besides the monster does not want to hurt her, what's up with that and the cryptic words he says to her? There is something very mysterious going on.

When Val Hunter sees the very handsome Blaze she feels things she never has before, besides the fact that she can't believe such a specimen would be interested in insignificant her. Then when she see his brother Ash, she can't belive that she has the same tinglng sensations with him and he also has a very deep desire to get to know her. How can she feel such things for 2 men, better yet how can 2 hunks be interested in her?

This series is very suspensul and mysterious, some things are just not what they seem. I look forward to reading the rest of this series and discover the mysteries within.. I make this review voluntarily.
