Dopo essersi rotto il mio telecomando della marca "One for All" X-light a causa di alcuni tasti non funzionanti, ho comprato questo prodotto che si è rilevato migliore del precedente soprattutto sul ritorno delle combinazioni impostate su (per es. da Watch TV a periferica singola)
Che 65 euro per un telecomando universale non siano pochi è appurato, ma questo telecomando ha risolto tutti i miei problemi con la mia sala Home Teatre.
Sinceramente ero insicuro se comprarmi l'One for All da installare su tablet Wifi visto il costo analogo o un classico telecomando multifunzione universale.
Ma il mio pensiero è stato di non privare un tablet ed avere un telecomando sempre a disposizione dedicato nella stanza.

Raggio d'azione

IMPORTANTE: cercate di tenere tutte le periferiche vicine da comandare in un unico punto se possibile così il telecomando sarà più preciso. Il logitech 650 fa anche la domanda se tutto si è acceso o no, in questo caso se manca qualche periferica basta premere il tasto HELP e lui ripropone tutto l'invio chiedendoti di quel gruppo (per es. guarda la TV) cosa è riuscito ad accendere e cosa no.

Luminosità dei tasti

Prima di comprarlo ho verificato che i tasti del telecomando fossero retroilluminati, perchè quando proietto un film al buio se devo fare qualche cambiamento o cambiare sorgente non devo accendere la luce, ma non si capisce perchè i tasti di configurazione multipla (TV - Film - PC ecc...) e "Help" non lo sono, comunque è sorvolabile, ma per 3 led in più non sarebbero andati falliti.

Software

Il software anche se non in italiano, è molto intuitivo, anche se non sempre il telecomando viene riconosciuto nella porta USB e dal software.
Riprovare e riprovare stacca e riattacca alla fine ci si riesce.
Esiste un reset del telecomando con una sequenza di combinazioni di tasti in caso si comporti in modo anomalo.
Io l'ho provato una volta per il problema del rilevamento USB ed sembra che vada meglio.

Rivelamento autoapprendimento

Se non esiste la periferica in elenco, nessun problema! Il telecomando ha un infrarossi dalla parte in basso dove può acquisire qualsiasi codice, e con il programma potete assegnare ogni singolo tasto a vs piacimento.
Se avete prodotti poco conosciuti o che Logitech non ha in elenco, vi consiglio di conservarvi in luogo sicuro i telecomandi originali senza batterie. Non si sa mai....

Batterie:

Ho ancora le prima batterie da metà luglio 2015, direi ottimo in quanto dopo circa 30 secondi il telecomando si spegne in standby. Avendo un sensore di movimento si riaccende appena lo si riprende
adesso non rimane che verificarne la durata.
Ma per adesso 5 stelle

trovai questo gioiello per caso navigando in rete cercando soluzioni per gestire 3 device con un telecomando solo eeeee Logitech Harmony 350 lo fa alla grande!
riesco a gestire tv Philips 7100 , decoder MySkyHd e saundbar Yamaha : accensione/spegnimento tutti e tre in contemporanea con un solo pulsante , alzare e abbassare il volume solo con pulsanti +,- senza pigiare ulteriori pulsanti per selezionare il device , il buon 90% abbondante dei pulsanti rispecchia il telecomando originale di sky, e altrettanti pulsanti per la tv, ect ect ect
questo Harmony 350 e il più economico e va bene , gli altri di fascia più costosa sicuramente sapranno soddisfare i più esigenti
altra cosa molto bella è la configurazione del telecomando , esclusiva con pc, ma molto semplice veloce e intuitiva , si deve scaricare il software in Italiano dedicato dal sito con un database di prodotti ben aggiornato , il prodotto mi è arrivato oggi è questa sera in meno di 15 min lo configurato e subito funzionate
consiglio : prima di acquistare un qualsiasi telecomando smart remote di Logitech, andate nel sito di Logitech sciogliete il telecomando e consultae la compatibilità con i vostri device.
INSOMMA PER ME È N1!
altra cosa nn meno importate Amazon sempre perfetto , ricerca ,descrizioni prodotti e spedizioni OK !

ottimo prodotto con questi difetti

touch troppo sensibile e veloce meglio sarebbero dei pulsanti a più lungo tempo di attivazione (sfiorandoli inavvertitamente si attivano subito ....cambi il canale che stai guardando oppure avvii un attività diversa), e leggermente più larghi adatti anche per dita grosse.

tempo di attivazione troppo veloce quando il tv si è acceso con schermo illuminato il telecomando ha già inviato il comando es. di cambiare l ingresso da hdmi4 a hdmi1. Ho dovuto creare un pulsante per il cambio di ingresso.
(aggiornamento: è possibile risolvere il problema modificando da telecomando "premi il pulsante destro con le tre linee orrizzontali sovrapposte" in IMPOSTAZIONI>DISPOSITIVI>CAMBIA RITARDI poi scegliere ACCENSIONE poi si può scegliere la propria TV e
impostare il tempo di accensione da 0 a 60 secondi. Io ho scelto 25 sec e funziona perfettamente, l'ingresso viene corretto dopo questo tempo di attesa di accensione della tv.

piuttosto scomodo da tenere tende a scivolare almeno per la mia mano.

tastiera del video registratore in alto scomoda ma il touch screen rimedia a questo.

Ich bin mit der Fernbedienung insgesamt zufrieden. Die Einrichtung über Logitech mittels PC funktioniert seht gut. Einzig eine beleuchtete Tastatur wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen.

Leider habe ich allerdings nun auch das Problem dass die Lautstärketaste nur noch ab und an funktioniert und man extrem feste drücken muss. Ich habe die Fernbedienung allerdings nun wieder repariert, und jetzt funktioniert sie wieder 1a.
Reparaturanleitung:
1: Batterieabdeckung entfernen, Batterien herausnehmen, 4 Schrauben herausdrehen (siehe Bild 1)
2: Auf der anderen Seite mit einem Schraubenzieher die Abdeckung, welche nur eine Folie ist, heraushebeln. Darunter sind zwei weitere Schrauben (siehe Bild 2), welche ebenfalls herausgedreht werden müssen,
3: Die beiden Hälften sind nun nur noch über Snap-In Verbinder gehalten. Diese dann mit einem breiten Schraubenzieher vom Batteriefach an langsam heraushebeln.
4: Die obere Schale der Fernbedienung sollte jetzt abnehmbar sein. Anschließend die Platinenoberseite (da wo die Tasten draufdrücken) mit Kontaktreiniger reinigen. Zum Beispiel mit Kontakt 60. Bei mir war bei den problematischen Tasten ein schwarzer Schmierfilm. Dieser war in meine Fall die Ursache des Problems und war sehr leicht zu entfernen.
5: In umkehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammenbauen.

In meinem Fall hat es funktioniert. Ich übernehme allerdings keine Gewähr dass es bei allen hilft. Bevor man sie wegwirft kann man es allerdings probieren.

How to get the most out of this remote - better than the manufacturer seems to realise!!!

I had a Harmony 300 for about 6-7 years - until my new dog got hold of it! They don't seem to sell that any more, so I bought the 350 as an "upgrade".
These remotes can be AMAZING - but not if you use it as the manufacturer suggests! You need to be a bit more creative.

My main reasons for buying these remotes were -
1. I hate juggling multiple remotes when watching telly.
2. The layout of the buttons is excellent. Much better than rivals. Also much better than the standard remotes that come with many TVs, DVD players etc. In particular I have a Humax PVR which is what I use constantly. The Harmony remote is much more user-friendly than the Humax one.
3. I have heard that the "smart" ones with LCD screens gobble batteries.
4. The "smart" ones require you to look at their little LCD screens. This more traditional one you learn to control by touch.

The way this remote is described by Harmony, you would assign a device to each of the 4 white buttons. You then use these buttons to jump between devices. The 300 was (supposedly) limited to 4 devices. The 350 supports 8.
There are a LOT of reviews complaining that 4 (or 8) devices is not enough.
Also a LOT complaining about the hassle of needing to keep switching modes.
But there is a much better way to set it up...

Don't think of the buttons as one per device. Think of them as modes.
EG, when I want to watch telly, I mostly need to control my Humax PVR (channel selection, pause, record, rewind etc). But I also need to control some functions of my surround sound Amp (volume up, down, mute).
And of course I actually watch the picture on my TV. I hardly need any of the TV controls (because the Humax box is doing most of the important functions). But occasionally I need to adjust the picture ratio when watching old movies.
So what I really need is all the relevant buttons set up in ONE MODE. To do this you would assign HUMAX to one of the buttons (Cable/PC in my case). The Harmony software will assign most of the Humax functions to sensible keys. But you can customise the assignments as you please.
Then you need to add the extra functions from the Amp & TV remotes.
The Harmony software is very frustrating because it won't let you copy the functions from one mode ("device") to another. But you can get round this limitation by "teaching" it the commands (so long as you have the required original remotes). So with a little bit of effort you can control multiple devices from a single mode.
You then go through the same process for whatever other modes you want -
In my case I use the TV "mode" to control my MyTV (Roku) box. AND of course the amp & TV.
I have another mode for DVD player.
etc.

If you follow this approach, you will be able to control your system very intuitively.

Another common criticism of these remotes is their lack of Macros. i.e assigning multiple commands to one button. This is indeed a big weakness.
The only thing it does (badly) is switch on/off multiple devices with the "Watch TV" button. I would not even bother using this. With the 300 you can tell it which TV input to select. For the 350 that capability is missing.
The easiest way round this is to use the INPUT button to assign the correct input corresponding to each mode.
ie. to watch my Humax, I press CABLE/PC - then INPUT. To watch DVD I press DVD/MUSIC - then INPUT. To watch NowTV, I press TV/MEDIA - then INPUT. You get the idea.

These products would be MUCH better if they made the software easier to use. In particular, if you could easily copy commands between the different devices (modes). And if they allowed users to create their own simple macros. Hence only 4 stars from me. But if you follow the approach above you can create your own versatile multi-mode remote that will do almost anything!

I can't speak highly enough of this remote. For a while I've grown more frustrated of having 5 remotes by the side of us on the sofa (Virgin, TV, Blu-Ray, Apple TV & Amazon Fire Stick). Not just the untidiness but losing them down the back of the sofa was a common occurrence. I had looked at getting a Harmony remote previously but was always put off by the price. Now that there's a newer model on the market though, I was pleasantly surprised to find the 650 available at a good price I was willing to pay for. So I didn't hesitate and bought it.

It took less than a week for it to arrive, which given the fact that it was Christmas and it was shipped from the States, is pretty impressive.

I dropped everything and immediately began setting it up. I initially thought it had to be setup using a PC, so I booted up my wife's laptop and began downloading the software. Then the problems began. For some reason the software couldn't detect the remote, or even more likely, the laptop couldn't detect it. Given how old and crappy it is, I think it was the latter. I then went upstairs onto my Mac and tried it that way. Success! From then on the setup process was a delight. I have devices of varying ages, including a 7 year old TV and it didn't have any problems setting up any of them. I loved that you can customise what appears on the screen, in a similar way that you can on an iPhone. It was just a very simple, intuitive process.

I then hurried downstairs like an excited child and tested it with the TV. It worked! I scooped up all the remotes on the sofa and put them away in a drawer. After half an hour of playing I went back upstairs and tweaked a few settings and customised the screen further.

My wife thinks it's great too but probably doesn't understand why I love it so much! After all, it is a remote control! But I do love it when technology works and makes life just that little bit easier :-)

I'm generally a big fan of Logitech and have purchased a few of the items in the past. I have bought at least two other Logitech remotes previously without any issues that I can remember however this is the first time I have spent some real money on a replacement handset due to the number of electronics I have.
Setup is quite easy, as long as you use rechargeable batteries – battery life is inexpensive. It did lose its settings a couple of times however all your settings are backed up on computer through the software so it's a minor irritation to reload all the settings from your PC.
While the buttons are backlit it's not a very strong, the handset is nicely weighted and the small LCD screen is sufficiently sharp.
So, why am I given it such a low score? Because after 10 months of fairly medium usage the handset has become mostly unresponsive. I went on to the Amazon website in order to report this as an issue expecting to have some sort of warranty support but all I got was a "Get product support" button which are used in about 10 days ago and I have had no confirmation that they have received my support request and obviously no support. Generally I am not one to leave reviews in general and not bad reviews however considering the brand name and the fact that I purchased it from Amazon I was expecting more.I'm glad now that I didn't go with my first plan which was to buy the far more expensive model since that could have ended up the same way.
Just to confirm this remote has not been heavily used and was bought at a convenience and the fact that my new TV had a crappy remote. Very disappointing.

Our old "All for One" remote got to the stage where it couldn't keep up with our newer TV and devices - and using the 'learn' feature was just too tedious or plain didn't work.

As our needs are fairly simple, I didn't want to spend a fortune and this seemed like a reasonable compromise of price Vs functionality. While I have always been pleased with Logitech products, some of the reviews did cause me some apprehension.

I needed have worried, this remote works a treat and was simple to set up. I have 4 devices I wanted to control - a Toshiba Smart HD TV, a Panasonic Smart Blu-Ray player, a BT YouView+ box (Humax DTR-T2100) and a Now-TV Smart Box. I just wanted each device remote to be comprehensively replicated. So, I didn't want to set up 'chained' commands or complex 'macros'. However, I did want to have full control of each device (all buttons replicated) - otherwise, you have to keep on finding the original remote for one of the more obscure functions - and the remote you want will always be hidden down the back of the sofa!

I had previously checked that my 4 devices were supported and this proved to be the case. The software was easy to install and simple to use. The vast majority of the buttons for each device were automatically replicated correctly. The 'Watch TV' feature I set to just turn on the TV.

When finding the 'missing' buttons, with a couple of exceptions, the Logitech software tells you which ones on the original remote are currently not assigned to the Harmony 350. You can also see which buttons on the Harmony 350 remote are unused (by device). Assigning them is simplicity itself (though you do have to remember what each button does once set)!

I had 2 functions that weren't replicated - the 'Source' function for the Toshiba TV and the 'Home' button on the Panasonic Blu-Ray player. However, the 'learn' function proved to be much easier then I feared and worked a treat.

Now, everything works as I wanted and the remote control is very easy to use. The Logitech software saves the latest set-up so, should I mess things up, I can quickly go back to a working version!

Time will tell, but this is the best 'universal' remote I have ever owned - simple to use and simple to configure. I should also mention the packaging. At first glance I thought it was one of those hard plastic packages that needs a pair of garden shears to open - with the risk of losing a couple of fingers as well!
I was wrong again - there is a small finger hole in the rear that allows for the back of the package to be (fairly) easily ripped off.

In summary, I am very satisfied with this purchase. You can spend an additional £25 for a similar version with a small LCD display. Some users may find that a requirement but, for me, it wasn't!
