SODIUM Series

A six-book series that takes Man from his first encounter with aliens all the way to a fight for our all-out survival. Do we have what it takes to rule the galaxy?

AMP Series

Cast a thousand years into the future beyond SODIUM. This eight-book series chronicles the struggles of Don Grange, a simple package deliveryman, who is thrust into an unimaginable role in the fight against our enemies. Can we win peace and freedom after a thousand years of war?

OMEGA Series

Cast a thousand years into the future beyond AMP. The Alliance is crumbling. When corruption and politics threaten to throw the allied galaxies into chaos, Knog Beutcher gets caught in the middle. Follow along as our hero is thrust into roles that he never expected or sought. Espionage, intrigue, political assassinations, rebellions and full-on revolutions, they are all coming to Knog Beutcher's world!

HADRON Series

HADRON is a modern day story unrelated to the SODIUM-AMP-OMEGA trilogy series. After scientists using the Large Hadron Collider discover dark matter, the world is plunged into chaos. Massive waves of electromagnetic interference take out all grid power and forms of communication the world over. Cities go dark, food and water supplies are quickly used up, and marauders rule the highways. One group of citizens takes a stand. Can they make a difference? And the devastating EM waves, where are they coming from? After months of starvation, a benevolent species arrive in their spaceships to rescue the Human race. Only, are they really so benevolent?

ARMS Series

ARMS is set in the future after Earth was nearing an apocalyptic event. Two competing colony ships were built, taking five million inhabitants each through a wormhole to a pair of newly discovered planets. The planets were settled and not long after the colonies looked to the surrounding star systems for ownership and expansion, which led to a centuries long war between them. A truce was declared after the aggressor side began to lose ground.

Tawnish Freely and Harris Gruberg are genetically engineered Biomarines. Their lives have been dedicated to fighting the war. They find themselves struggling to find work among a population that fears them. Work is found only by delving into the delivery of illegal arms to the outer colonies. Things go awry when they discover their illicit dealings may just be the catalyst that brings back the Great War. They are determined to prevent that from happening.

5.0 su 5 stelle Great first book in a great series of 6 books!! If you like Science Fiction you will LOVE this book and all his books!!! 12 giugno 2015

I am a long time (60+ years) Sci Fi fan and Stephen Arseneault is my new favorite Science Fiction author!! I would rank him right up there with Robert Heinlein and Isaac Asimov for story telling and imaginative story lines. I love the fact that he uses a "non-human" as his main character. Mr. Arseneault has created a great story line in the "Omega" series - I highly recommend reading all 6 books - you will not be disappointed! I look forward to each book and I am now on number 6 - I wish there were 20 more in this series! I am excited to start on his next series in the near future. These are the kinds of books you may want to read more than once.

5.0 su 5 stelle Great start to a new series 4 aprile 2016
Di Tom G - Pubblicato su Amazon.com
Formato: Copertina flessibile Acquisto verificato
I’ve been a reader of Arseneault going back to his first Sci-Fi thriller Sodium series and enjoyed the evolution of his Sci-fi vision as he moved into the Amp series. With the first book of the Omega series I find the storyline well-constructed, the characters interesting, and he keeps the tempo of the read moving right along. There is much more strategy and character development but Arseneault keeps just enough of the fighting and destruction to stay true to his earlier books. If you enjoyed “Exile” but have not read his earlier works I would recommend you start at the beginning, back on Earth where the series began. You will find a connection to his current writing and I believe you get more out of his later books. I’ve got the Guardian next up in my reading schedule.

4.0 su 5 stelle Alien cop gets a human partner. Enjoyable story with an alien perspective. And great set up for next in series. 2 giugno 2015

This was a good story and I've already picked up the next in series. Our protagonist is Knog Beutcher who is an alien cop. He gets a human partner who is also from one of the most important families in the system. I really enjoyed the interactions and character building. I didn't like so much the preaching style of the first person narrative or that fact that Knog is really too good to be true. But those flaws do not take away from what turns out to be an enjoyable story with an alien perspective. Ready to delve into the next.

5.0 su 5 stelle Refreshing Story-telling, Epic Space Saga! 9 marzo 2017
Di Ms. Dynamo - Pubblicato su Amazon.com
Formato: Formato Kindle Acquisto verificato
Omega Exile is an exciting read. Told from the perspective of an alien, it perfectly sets up the stage upon which the series will play out (I presume, based on the titles in the series, as well as the progression of the tale.)

The science in this fiction is like a cube of sugar in a tasty cup of coffee: it enhances the story without bogging down with unneeded detail. The aliens include greedy Humans, little Igari and a delightful reincarnation of Rodney Dangerfield, name Gretchin Coolies.

The main character is a Grunta, a thick-skinned, tall and muscular creature. His views of the universe are pragmatic, but he delivers his philosophy in a most engaging way. This plays off well with the other sentients, including his Human security partner.

The pair hop around the galaxy, inspecting spaceships, getting into and out of scrapes and coming to the attention of the powers-to-be and not always for the good. Eventually, they get pulled into the political fray of impending rebellion and ...

...You'll have to get the book to see!

If you like your sci-fi with more character meat than technological potatoes, then you will love Omega Exile!

4.0 su 5 stelle A surprise nontheless... 8 febbraio 2015
Di The Great Bear - Pubblicato su Amazon.com

I downloaded this as I was looking for something to read in between breaks at work. Starting reading and was expecting a story about a mentor and mentee when it turned into a secret war and spy enlisting. Needless to say I was surprised and enjoyed the adventure. Little sad about the ending (not going to spoil it) but that prompted me to read the next two chapters of the next book. I may have to get back to this adventure when I have some time... Check it out! I like it!
