Beh relativamente ripetitivoma si salva per via del numero dei personaggi abbastanza perverso ma non troppo, é tutta scena.
Se volete un pestabottoni con battute moleste e ragazze... Innocenti?... Beh questo é un bel gioco

5,0 su 5 stelle Much more ahead... hopefully.

I've been playing Japanese version and this is one of my favorite game in my Vita. I wish I can play this in English, but my package didn't arrive yet.

Thanks to my friend who also bought this, I was able to see the artbook and OST.

    ARTBOOK: 5/5
It's kinda hard to say it's an artbook because it contains quite a bit of useful information for each characters (except few).
I don't recommend reading it because of the amount of spoilers, but if you don't mind, go ahead.
But the arts though. I love it. I don't really like large bulge, but I enjoy artworks and appreciate them.

    OST: 5/5
Nice bonus(?) for limited edition. I must say, I really love OSTs, so when it's included in a certain edition or set, I can't really resist buying it if not hesitant...
Also, very minor spoiler among some of the titles but who cares?
    - You do get all the OSTs in the game as well, but... it's in-game, so... yeah...

    GAME: 5/5
Again, I still haven't really got my package yet for some reason, but I've played this on Japanese version enough to review.

    Graphics/Visuals:5/5
**cough**Decent material for few individuals but it might not be enough. **cough**
This game isn't for people who are not interested in fanservice material, but I gotta say it contains far more content for a fanservice game that I've played so far. It almost feels like fanservice is just an extra content for a arena fighting action game.
You can "try" to play like a normal fighting game... trust me, this is extremely difficult. The game forces you to witness the fanservice so it isn't a good idea to play this in open public (though, I play it anyways).
The graphics aren't the best, but it's good enough. It will seem a bit off when you play, but it's nice to see some of these "scenes".
By the way, there are CGs like visual novels and those are quite high quality like it should be.

    Translation/Sound/Music: 5/5
I can understand Japanese to an extent so I had no problem playing Japanese version. From what I saw in English gameplay though, there are some losses in translation and it doesn't really feel right either... If you have some Japanese knowledge, you'll know what I mean... but then again... can't be helped.
Some sounds can get extremely annoying so you might want to play with earphones on or without sound. It might create some misunderstanding too. The music in game however are pretty good.

    Gameplay: 5/5
The game play is pretty simple if you're used to playing fighting games like DBZ, Naruto, etc. I've seen that other reviews have said there's a difficulty spike, but I think it's rather normal compared to most of Japanese games I've played so far. They really do spike in difficulty, but it's very easy to adapt with few practice through the tutorial/training.

You first start off with 3 schools: Hanzou, Gessen, Hebijou.
I HIGHLY recommend starting with Hanzou first which I found easier to play with among the three (honestly, they're all the same). The stories told can be heartbreaking. They're quite sad, especially Gessen.

Each school have 5 members, and each characters have different style of fighting.
Seriously, if you feel that the game is too hard at certain point, it's mostly because you're not used to controls. I saw in some reviews that each characters have different controls, but to me it's more like there are similar control/style for few characters. For sure aside from balanced types, there are 4 more:

speed type - dealing low damage but attacks very quickly,
combo type - dealing multiple damage, filling up ninja scrolls for special moves.
tank/charge type - high power and defense but rather slow and painful to control.
ranged/area type - complete troll in the game. They are such a pain when you fight with other people.

There's small variation, which is just having slight power advantage over area or high speed makes up for low stats, etc. but they generally break down in these 5 categories.

Speaking of fighting types, there's 3 forms.
閃 Flash - normal school uniform. you start battle with this.
陽 Yang - press R when you have 1 scroll under your HP. You transform into ninja clothes and gain 1.5x attack and defense.
陰 Yin - press L and triangle at the same time, you can rip open the character's torso to make the character runaround in underwear and gain 3x attack but 40% penalty in defense(1.4x damage received).

What makes this game even more time consuming and fun is that you level up 4 things.
Character up to lv 50, flash, yang and yin up to lv 5. They take quite a bit of time, but once you get A rank in each mission available for each character in normal and a few hard mode, it should be enough.

The game forces you to play all 5 characters during the story mode composed of 5 chapters (unless you're playing character's personal story which is composed of 5 missions). So in a sense, you have to adapt with the change in character's controls/style. The story mode have 5 missions per chapter so as you can guess, each character is played each chapters. In total, there are 25 missions for school mission, 5 missions for 5 characters (another 25 missions as a whole) making it 50 missions per school.

so there are 150 missions of gameplay; but as I already mentioned, there's normal and hard mode. On the mission select screen, you can press left/right on D-pad to change this difficulty. If a mission is so easy that your character just roflstomps on everything, try hard mode. It's much more fun than normal mode... unless you're just completely not ready for it and gets pretty much steamrolled.
    In a sense, there's really 300 missions...

What I like about this game is that each school seem to have a character who cracks sexual jokes. It really lifts up the mood in the game. The humor tends to be cheesy a bit but it's better than awkward flow in conversation.

The best part of this game is the dressing room/shop. You can customize your character's appearance in all 3 modes(flash, yin, and yang)! That's right, you can change their underwear. You can also put accessories on, with 4 more slots available for purchase in the shop. I don't know if US version removed some extra features, but you can mess around with the characters while you change their clothes.

Also, I recommend talking to other people in the room after every chapter when they are available. They make fun comments, but sometimes they give out something to think about (hint: foreshadowing).

=======================(POSSIBLE SPOILERS: if I make any)
=======================(POSSIBLE SPOILERS: if I make any)

Not much of a spoiler but just in case... There's actually a 4th "school" called Crimson, which I think it was Homura's Crimson Squad(?) and this faction, I should say, is the most enjoyable one. You should've already guessed by the time you finished at least chapter 3 of Hanzou or beginning of chapter 4 in Gessen and Hebijou. It's actually a nice thing to make it a "hidden school" since it makes the game worth played for a bit longer... by the way, if you haven't noticed, Homura is on the OST cover on the far right. Spoilers are everywhere in the package, especially artbook.

After beating all 4 school story modes (I think), you unlock final battle between Asuka and Homura. You can choose either one, and the story is slightly different too.

I'm not sure about the US release, but in JP, there's 2 more characters which you can already guess-- Daidouji and Rin (also called Suzune). They are DLC, so maybe there's going to be more DLCs like JP (most are wardrobe items).
What do they do? They just fight with either Hanzou members (if Daidouji) or Crimson members (if Rin) each other in the end pretty much. They have different story told as well, so it's worth playing them.
Since these two characters are DLC, their info aren't included in the artbook... I'm sad about that.

So overall, there are actually 412 missions... IF Daidouji and Rin DLC are available or if they can be unlocked somehow.

    So the pro and con...
    PRO
-Explores every characters' play style. - this one is kinda forced, but it's a nice feature to see which character you're really good at instead.
-Long gameplay - I love games that takes long time to finish, i.e. Final Fantasy, Fire Emblem, Visual novels with multiple routes, etc. so if you're like me, this is going to be worth it.
-Extremely easy controls. learn a pattern, try using it in other characters. There are similarities.
-Visually appealing for common minds. Dressing room. I can't emphasize enough. the dressing room.
-Great time killer. Fun to grind and such.

    CON
-If you don't have patience, don't go to the Lingerie Lottery. - unless you have some insane luck, or real money to burn.
-Long gameplay - some people don't have patience.
-Square, Square, Square.... "extremely easy controls" becomes quite repetitive, and similar patterns can be used for nearly all characters.
-Visually dubious in most public... no explanation needed.
-Either too short/easy or too long/hard - some battles only lasted me less than 30 seconds. It's really that easy. The longest one took me around 5 minutes. But most of the time is taken up from reading/viewing the story, so if you're not reading the story, it'll feel short while if you are reading/viewing the story, it'll feel extremely long sometimes.

I've played a lot of Japanese games, most of them being Visual Novels so I tend to look at story more than anything. This game though, got me interested in the gameplay more than the story. I tried not to spoil the stories much but if you play it through, it's nothing mind-blowing, but it's good enough to guide you through the story with some flow regardless. It's better than random battle sequence like arcade vs mode at least.

First of all, I should say that I would not recommend this game to anyone who isn't a fan of Japanese anime/manga. Since this is also a sequel to a previous game, picking it up without any knowledge of the Senran Kagura universe, may not be too enjoyable for the casual player.
The regular fan service which appears constantly throughout this game, also may not be to everyone's taste!
A fun beat-them-up, with gameplay which is easy to grasp, whilst also taking advantage of the features which the PS Vita offers.

5,0 su 5 stelle Pleasantly surprised by a deep story and engaging gameplay!

I have to be honest: I bought the game because it looked silly and fun. As you fight, yours and your opponent's clothes deteriorate? Sounds good!

In reality, this Action RPG is loaded with interesting character development, engaging gameplay mechanics, and plenty of replayability.

You get 3 schools of Shinobi, each with a set of 5 girls. You can play the main quests (the story of the schools), and the sidequests (the story of each girl). Each girl has a very distinct personality, with a backstory to go with it. One of my favorites is Yumi, who is the leader of one of the "Good" shinobi schools. Her parents died and she was adopted by her grandfather. I will not say more, but that'll give you a taste of what to prepare for.

Gameplay-wise, it's very much a "Destiny Warriors" kind of game, with sometimes 20+ enemies on the screen, plus an eventual boss fight. It's an action RPG so you play real-time combat, and upgrade your stats by leveling up. The RPG elements are very light, and combat comes down more to timing and strategizing while on the field, rather than upgrading skills or crafting, as in other games.

As for the "Let's Get Physical" edition, it's gorgeous. The book is printed on thick paper with colors that pop, and the CD looks nice as well. The main box which holds everything else in is also very pretty.

All in all, I'm having a ton of fun with it (about 10hs in). Hope you pick it up! If you're on the fence, don't be. If you're looking for a lighthearted action RPG, this is it.
