Recensisco questo prodotto dopo circa 10 mesi. La facilità di installazione degli ssd NVME è disarmante. Leggendo le specifiche del prodotto ha un TBW di 1600tb e in un uso normale del prodotto credo possa durare anni e anni senza alcun rischio di rottura. Per la velocità di scrittura e lettura è molto buona, consiglio l’acquisto a chi cerca un buon ssd e sopratutto durevole nel tempo.

Appena ricevuto, montato al volo, facilissimo da istallare, la BIOS lo riconosce subito senza problemi, primi test effettuati davvero veloce, speriamo che tiene queste prestazioni

SSD semplicemente ottimo. Utilizza un layout reference con controller Phison E12 (di cui si trovano tranquillamente anche gli aggiornamenti firmware) e celle Toshiba. Ho anche un Samsung 970 Evo Plus da 2Tb ma onestamente stra-consiglio questo perchè è praticamente veloce uguale ma alla metà del prezzo.

I looked at other well known brands and models and then, with some hesitation, decided that this well sold model must have something going for it to be equally as capable with the extra cost.
So I placed my order, thankfully I was not wrong.
First thing that I must mention is that you must follow the link provided in the packaging to register for the full five years warranty, obviously that is important. You do get a confirmation email.
For me this is the second NVME drive that I have connected to my Z390 Master board, so I was aware of any implications that would mean. What I mean is first of all check if your board has the correct fitting and also if there are any restrictions placed on other slots or ports when fitting. I know for me it means that I lose two SATA ports, not an issue.
Also when you need to fit one of these on a desktop motherboard you might need to remove your GPU or perhaps a fan from your large CPU cooler, check and prepare first.
The fitting was very straight forward for me, even tho I did need to remove my 1080Ti GPU. Fitting it in place was done with caution and used the stand off and screw that came with the motherboard, the motherboard also provided a heatsink for me to use, with a removable cover to allow the heatsink to adhere to the NVME drive. I did mark down the fitting to only two stars, not the fault of the product but one of how all these types of drives can be a little challenging on a PC's motherboard due to the positioning of the slots, not the fault of the product.
Putting it altogether and powering up the PC and the BIOS picked up the drive immediately and not further drivers were needed by Windows 10 x64, build 2004.
As you can see for the enclosed photo the performance seems great and being used as my Steam games drive is pretty amazing in terms of its responsiveness.
To be frank in every day use, not thinking benchmarks here, you would be pushed to notice any difference from a NVME drive to that of a traditional SSD, but you probably know that.
Overall I do very much recommend this drive, it is fast, as much so as the other well known branded ones, it is cheaper than others and offers a great warranty. What isn't here to like..?
FWIW previously I had bought a 256GB Samsung NVME drive and use that as my boot drive. It is still fast and responsive, the transition from a SSD to the NVME was done using Macrium back up and restore software.

Das war dann doch zu klein und vor allem zu langsam. Auch Steam brauchte dann doch noch ein wenig Zeit, um Speicherplatz für Spiele zu reservieren, Ladevorgänge für Star Citizen, diverse Ubisoft-Titel, wie Anno 1800, Ghost-Recon usw. brauchten mir zu lange. Die Werks-NVMe landete also in der Schublade.
Ich hatte mich auf Amazon umgesehen und jetzt nicht unbedingt einen Grund gesehen, um für eine in der gleichen Liga spielende NVMe eines Mitbewerbers so ungefähr den doppelten Preis auszugeben. Allerdings war mir der Hersteller unbekannt und die Bewertungen bei Amazon sind i.d.R. immer problematisch, vor allem, wenn mehrere Varianten eines Produkts angeboten werden. Naja, versuchen kann man's ja mal. Bislang bin ich äußerst positiv überrascht!
Ich habe mich für eine Neuinstallation von Windows entschieden - die typischen Aufräumarbeiten und das Entfernen von Bloatware ging recht zügig vonstatten (zügiger als sonst). Die Nutzung der NVME macht bislang einen äußerst positiven Eindruck. Via Thunderbolt kann ich von einem MacBook mit rd. 2GB/Sekunde kopieren (eher untypischer Anwendungsfall). Nun ja, Windows fliegt seitdem (ist also benutzbar).
CrystalDiskMark 7 zeigt beeindruckende 3,39/2,97 GB/Sekunde.
Negative Punkte: Auf deren Website ist überhaupt nicht ersichtlich, welcher Firmwarestand wohl notwendig ist und ob ich ein Update brauche. Ferner: Von dem unsignierten Firmware-Updater sollte ich wohl eher die Finger lassen...
Fazit: Hardware wirklich super. Mir gefällt das Drumrum nur nicht so ganz.
