Easy Superfood Recipes with Common Ingredients is more than a list of recipes; it is an education in eating. What are superfoods? What makes them "super?" How can they be prepared so as to not only maintain their remarkable nutritional value, but also to appeal to the whole family, even kids? Heather Grover-Rizzo does a great job answering all of these questions, and offers a variety of kitchen-tested recipes using five superfood groups: Leafy Greens, Avocados, Sweet Potatoes, Quinoa, and Blueberries. She is very insistent throughout the book on the use of organic products which, while always better for us, we know, can be cost prohibitive for a lot of folks. But don't let that dissuade you. Even if you can't afford organic, do the best you can with what you have available to you. Incorporate the standard grocery aisle variety of these foods into your diet ASAP, in place of the packaged, processed stuff you may be consuming now. Eating right will change your life!

This book has a collection of some pretty decent recipes. They are healthy and are base on some potent super foods. If you try some of these instead of eating processed or fast food then you should improve your health.
Thankfully I already enjoy most of these super foods but this book has some good recipes to change it up a bit.

I love this book, it has wonderful healthy recipes that people of all ages would love. Heather Grover-RIzzo did an amazing job of putting together a creative and healthy recipe book. Best of all, not only are these recipes healthy, they are very easy to prepare.

As a very health conscious person I was really looking forward to see if there were any superfood recipes in this book that were really delicious and tasty. I was definitely not dissapointed, This book is jam packed with great recipes. My favorite one (and my family agree) were the chocolate avocado and also I love how creative I can now be with spinach! Great little book and highly recommended!

I found this book fabulous and helpful in everyway. Very informative, well organized, with awesome reference to different superfoods and delicious recipes.
“Kale chips” are simply AWESOME!
If you like delicious food with the benefit of being healthy than I highly recommend “Easy Superfood Recipes with Common Ingredients”
