I thought I was a healthy eater until I started reading this book.
With this book you get several lists of foods that will give you more energy, and make you feel better.
I didn't even know what Quinoa was until I read this book. I think Chia seeds are going to become one of my favorites.

I have a friend in nutrition. I called her and asked about some of the choices listed in this book, and she told me that everything I read was true.

i used to take Spirulina, and it made my nails grow faster and I tended to sleep better. And of course Spirulina is in the book.

When I read about the power of simply eating a piece of fruit for a snack instead of sugar or chocolate..I was sold. Very good advice in a well researched book.

A good pick if you are looking to find out more about healthy eating.

This is a good book about healthy foods. Of course it's up to you to actually take action. About the only think in the book I wouldn't consider a superfood is soy. All the rest are great choices though.

There were a couple of "click here" in the book that didn't go any wheres, but there is a website listed at the beginning of the book that may be the one referenced.

I think of myself as a fairly healthy person. I exercise 3+ times per week, try to eat right and, drink plenty of water. This book has given me some really wonderful alternatives to the food I am already eating! There are quite a few hidden gems in this book that I plan on adding to my regular diet. If you are looking for a good book on foods that you should be eating which can help you feel better then this book is for you!

I often find it very confusing with so much information out there about healthy foods, what to eat and how.
This book makes it simple and clear about what superfoods are and why they are so good, where to find them, how to incorporate them in your diet, their nutritional value and more.
If you are trying to eat healthier, I would definitely recommend taking a look at this book.
