I have a bit of a weight problem, so I thought this book might be right up my alley, and I was right.

I like the author's idea of "Balanced metabolism" more than boosted metabolism. And for most of us I think that is the key.
The recommendation to eat whole foods sounds right.

The list of ten Superfoods to help create energy and balance your weight was helpful. I don'tr think I'll ever get too excited about black beans...but I see the reasoning behind eating them.

This is the second book on nutrition I've read that mentions Quinoa. So I guess I'll have to try it.

You even get lists of herbs and oils and fats, along with descriptions of why each food is good for you and the benefits of consuming them.

At the end is a Super Meals Plan which was helpful.

Now to get to the refrigerator for an apple!

Solid nutritional advice in a quick to read book.

I am least knowledgeable when it comes to superfoods so I found this book very interesting and intriguing. As a cancer patient, I now pay close attention to food and anything I ingest. Better late than never and this book helped me to decide a good and proper diet. I will use much of what I learned and put it into practice. My thanks to the author for a fine book.

In "Superfoods to Boost Your Metabolism", the author provides a good overview about the role that superfoods play in metabolism. This little guide is neither prescriptive or consultative. Instead, it takes on the role of information provider - and does a great job of it.

Each list of 10 superfoods makes for a nice starting point if you're looking to delve deeper into the mysteries of these nutritional wonders. Brief explanations of what makes them "super" foods, along with simple recommendations about how to include them in your daily meals, are attractive elements of this nice guide.

Those who put aesthetics ahead of content might complain at the lack of pictures and photos. But if you're looking for suggestions and ideas about how to include superfoods in your diet, then this is a useful guide and a good place to begin your journey of exploration into better health and happier eating!

This is a super rundown of all the best foods you can eat along with a description and how they help you. I'll be referring to this book many times. Awesome book. Highly recommended.

This is an concise and to the point, easy to read guide for superfoods.
If you want to get healthy, boost your metabolism, increase energy, brains and beauty than this is a great book to begin your journey.
If you eat the super foods mentioned in the book, you will notice the difference.
