I received this a few weeks ago.I love love the new cookbook.I lost 60 pounds from their first book.I feel so good so much energy what a difference.I have learned so much from these sisters about eating healthy.There are so many great recipes to try all are very easy.I have only made a few things from this new book.All have been so full of flavor.If your looking for something that works this is it !!! It has changed my life for sure.I am really looking forward to learning so much more from this new book.Losing the last of my 10 pounds in the process.

Just received this in the mail and am very excited about it! I haven't started the Plan yet, although I've learned and known about it and even applied some the the principles talked about over the last few years. This book looks very easy to use with a short overview of the THM plan in the beginning and SO MANY recipes of every different genre and category! Each has a picture to go with it and they look so scrumptious that my Mom and I were astounded that we could eat like that and STILL lose weight!! There are recipes that have generic and/or special ingredients. Some that are designed for large families or lots of people and others that are designed for just one person. There are some excellent drink recipes and some awesome desserts you would never have thought you could eat again if you were on a "diet". The beauty of this Plan is that it is not just a diet; rather it is principles that apply to your eating habits for your whole life.

I love the trim healthy way of life! This new cookbook will not disappoint! The plan is explained in a brief chapter! The recipes we've tried are so good. We love the Soft double chocolate chip cookies Cinnamon butter bundt cake Cinnamon swirl wwbb Cheesecake shake down ....Just to name few

Worth it just for the hot chocolate recipe! I also tried the Tuscan chicken and it was so good! I never can get trim healthy baked goods to work correctly, so if you're looking for a dessert book I would buy Necessary Food instead.
