Sinossi

What Is He Really Thinking?

When a woman begins a relationship with a man, she may think she's found her knight in shining armor. As the relationship continues, that armor can begin to feel like a barricade she just can't get past it. What's he hiding in there, anyway?

Relationship and communication expert Mike Bechtle offers women an insider's guide to the puzzling male brain. Simple and practical, this book provides women with a roadmap for better conversations and improved relationships. Bechtle reminds readers that men and women share many similarities, and by embracing those similarities they can better deal with differences. He explains how men think, act, communicate, and grow in relationships, and even offers tips for communicating in a toxic relationship.

Wives, girlfriends, mothers, daughters, friends, and coworkers will find real help within these pages.

This is an excellent book for women to help understand their husbands or boyfriends. My husband has tried over the last 40 years to tell me some of this stuff but I didn't get it until now. I don't feel like I have to change in the way I treat him, or feel like I'm the one that has to change, I just now understand how he is thinking and I know how to verbalize what I need from him. When I was finished with it I gave it to my daughter-in-law. This is a must read!

Good points stated a little differently than usual. But not much you have not probably seen before. Good if it is your first book on this subject

5.0 su 5 stelle Thank you Mr. Bechtle 7 agosto 2016

First off, I want to thank Mr. Bechtle most sincerely.

I saw this book before it came out, I believe, in a copy of a book publication. The name grabbed my attention, so I brought it to the adult librarian and suggested we purchase a copy of it for our branch.

I couldn't wait, however, and ended up pre-ordering the ebook from Amazon - a decision I don't regret in the least.

Reading this book was like having Mr. Bechtle in the room with me, sitting down for a cup of coffee, and casually chatting about the differences between how men and women think and communicate. He didn't lecture, offer any instant cures or solutions, or talk down to me. He simply stated a few basic ideas and concepts that made a lot of sense.

Have I seen some of what he said in other books before? Sure, the topic of communication between men and women is the subject of many books. But the way he put it was concise, easy to grasp, and his logic and research flowed exceptionally well. I found myself nodding at many parts of the book - especially where it related to the difference in how men and women process information.

I've already recommended the book to several of my female friends - and a couple of male ones - and foresee myself rereading it to make sure I don't forget/haven't missed any important details.

Again, thank you Mr. Bechtle, for this well-written book.
