Kingston DataTraveler Mini PenDrive 64 GB, USB 3.0, Nero

Prodotto eccellente e perfetto.
A prima vista la chiavetta usb 64GB si presenta solida e ben rifinita. Dalle dimensioi molto contenute!

Una volta inserita nel mio MacBook Pro Retina mid2014 e formattata in exFAT (così da poter scrivere/leggere sia su OSX e su Microsoft) è stata immediatamente riconosciuta.

N:B Non capisco le critiche di chi dice che la usb è lenta per lo standard 3.0
Ho testato la chavetta con file multipli in copia dal MacBook e la scrittura si attestava sui 50MB/s e la lettura sui 120MB/s di media.
Ho trasferito un file di 5GB in pochissimo tempo senza problemi!

ACQUISTO CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!
Sopratutto nella versione da 64GB che per il prezzo che ha è ottimo e permette di avere sempre con noi un "mini Hard Disk" !!

Pen drive di ottima fattura, il case è ben fatto (in metallo) e di dimensioni abbastanza ridotte per la sua capacità e velocità.
Essendo una 3.0 e avendo 64gb è adatta per l'archiviazione di grandi file quali i film o numerosi file di piccole dimensioni quali i karaoke. Non è molto adatta per la visione di film mkv, per i quali si consigliano pen drive più piccole (in termini di memoria) e più performanti quindi di una fattura più alta.

formato 64 Gb, arrivata in 5 giorni, 30, 8 euro spedizione compresa.
Chiavetta microscopica (dimensioni circa la metà delle chiavi USB "normali") consiglio di mettere un laccetto per aiutare la manipolazione
Molto veloce se usata in pc con lo standard USB3, su porte USB2 la velocità viene limitata dall'hardware, comunque la chiavetta sfrutta ogni singolo bit disponibile. Usata per video in HD sulla porta USB della tv fornisce una visione senza alcuno scatto o interruzione.
Da non dimenticare i 5 anni di garanzia. Kingston è una garanzia assoluta quando si parla di memorie e questa chiavetta ne è una ulteriore conferma. Consigliata al 100 %

Mi serviva una memoria da collegare alla televisone e da lasciare sempre li dedicata alla registrazione, mi bastava una con usb 2.0 ma il prezzo non era molto diverso, e alla fine ho deciso di prendere questa. La prima cosa che colpisce sono le dimensioni, è piccolissima e dalle foto non si capisce quanto, è veramente bella piccola e comoda. Funziona benissimo e la spedizione, come al solito, è arrivata prima del previsto. Se dovrò prendere ancora una pennina penso proprio ne acquisterò ancora una così.

ho comprato questa chiavetta per avere sempre in tasca la possibilità di salvare molti files (per foto, filmati, documenti).
Purtroppo la chiavetta è completamente di plastica (sia l'anello da porta-chiavi, sia la scocca esterna che si infila nella porta USB), sembra proprio molto fragile.
Se volete una chiavetta da portachiavi veramente indistruttibile prendete una Kingston DTSE9 (più lenta ma tutta in metallo).

Note positive: dimensione molto ridotta, prezzo.
Note negative: 58,5Gb contro i 64Gb dichiarati (per l'esattezza 62.898.864.128 byte mentre dovrebbe avere una capacità di 68.719.476.736 byte; 64 * 1024^3) In Kingston non sanno fare i conti?!
Nota negativa 2: spaventosamente lenta in scrittura!!!

A conti fatti 6 Gigabyte di spazio decurtati...e non sono affatto pochi.
Altro aspetto molto negativo è la velocità di trasferimento, non degno di una USB 3.0

Aggiorno la recensione con i dati di test in R/W eseguiti su workstation HP Elitebook 8540w, sistema Seven 64bit, core i7, 4Gb RAM.
Più che buona la velocità in lettura: 93 MB/s (max), 87 MB/s (min)
A dir poco ridicola la velocità in scrittura: 9.32 MB/S (max), 7.5 MB/s (min)

In pratica, in lettura, lavora quasi peggio di una USB 2.0.
Cortesemente, prima di dare 5 stelle ad un prodotto del genere testatelo per bene o, se non avete esperienza in merito, astenetevi dal fornire ad altri acquirenti informazioni non veritiere.
Resta tutto sommato buon il rapporto qualità/prezzo ma se volte una vera USB 3.0 siete costretti a spendere il doppio.

allora, ho acquistato questa penna usb per due motivi: capienza e ridotte dimensioni. devo dire che sono stati entrambi soddisfatti. la penna è veramente piccola e, cosa di non poco conto, si aggancia perfettamente al portachiavi.
la velocità è esattamente quella riportata nelle caratteristiche, ed è più che buona per una penna usb 3.0 economica. se si vogliono velocità superiori occorre rinunciare o all'economicità o alle dimensioni.
questa penso sia un ottimo compromesso.

La dimensione e' molto piccola, in pratica e' come si vede dalla foto: grande come la presa da inserire nell'usb. La parte esterna non riesco a capire se e' alluminio o plastica. La velocita e' buona con la mia usb 3 quasi 100mb in lettura e circa 35 in scrittura come max. L'ho provata su un altro pc e la velocita' in scrittura e' ancora piu' alta toccando gli 80mb , quindi i valori assoluti prendetelei un po' con le pinze, di sicuro e' usb 3.

Ich habe den USB Stick (das 64GB Modell) nun seit 2 Wochen.
Werde meine Rezension in ein paar Punkte und zum Schluss in ein Pro und Contra unterteilen!
Ich nutze ihn derzeit nur mit einem USB 2.0 Anschluss bei meinem alten ThinkPad!

Mein Notebook:
ThinkPad T60
1 GB RAM
512 MB Grafikspeicher
Intel Core 2 Duo
USB 2.0

Design:
Mir persönlich gefällt der Stick sehr gut. er ist recht klein und bemerkenswert leicht!
Generell ist das Design gut gelungen, auch wenn die USB Schnittstellen dicht nebeneinander sind, geht sich noch ein zweites Gerät oder Kabel neben dem USB Stick aus!

Preis:
Ich denke, dass man kein billigeres Gerät mit gleicher Leistung etc. findet!

Performance:
Wie gesagt, ich lebe mit USB 2.0 noch immer in der Steinzeit, allerdings war mir die USB 3.0 - Fähigkeit wichtig, da ich mir bald einen neuen PC anschaffen werde. An der Leistung gibt es nichts zu meckern! Habe die Screenshots angehängt. Geliefert kommt der USB Stick im FAT32 Format, welches von Mac OS X, Windows und sogar Android unterstützt wird. Ein OTG Kabel für ein Android Smartphone empfehle ich euch wirklich... Habe deshalb das 64 GB Modell genommen, da ich sehr große Dateien wie ISOs und DMGs in der Größe von 7GB besitze! Daher habe ich den Stick ins NTFS Format formatiert, welches aber ACHTUNG nicht offiziell von Mac OS X und Android unterstützt wird. Der Vorteil ist eine bessere Performance bei der Leserate. Sogar einfachere Spiele lassen sich problemlos vom Stick aus Spielen wie GTA San Andreas oder Slender!

Max. Größe: 58,5 GB

NTFS:
Lesen: 34 MB/s
Schreiben: 10 MB/s

PRO:
Klein, billig und Preiswert!

Eigentlich nichts! Der Stick ist für normalen Gebrauch und ist nicht für Leistung sondern Handlichkeit ausgelegt wird deshalb bei sehr starker Belastung etwas heiß! Ich finde es praktisch, wenn es ein kleines Licht gibt, das bei Aktivität blinkt, hier gibt es keines...

Better than most USB sticks out there, very fast USB 2 speeds but build quality not as good as the older DTSE9 USB sticks

First up the Kingston DT range of USB sticks are the best USB sticks out there when it comes to value, speed, durability and reliability.

As a computer technician and heavy user of many USB sticks I can say that I am extremly happy with the USB 3.0 DTM30 when it comes to data transfer speeds. I was able to transfer a 1.5GB video file to the stick in under 2 minutes on a USB 2.0 ported MacBook Pro laptop and just 40 seconds to transfer it back off the stick. Compared to the Older DTSE9 and DTRGE9 USB 2.0 sticks I normally use this is very fast as it took just under 6 minutes to transfer the same video file to that stick which is a massive difference of 4 minutes, and all that on a USB 2.0 enabled MacBook Pro.
The transfer speeds will be much faster when using on USB 3.0 enabled devices but they are not common yet so if you were looking to see if a USB 3.0 stick is faster than a USB 2.0 stick on a USB 2.0 device then look no further, it is :-)

If you have used the Kingston DT range of USB sticks then you will be used to the hard durable metal casing but that is where the DTM30 is let down compared to its older models. The metal casing feels more like plastic so this is a backwards step in my opinion. I would however say it seems very strong if I were to compare it to other brands of USB sticks.

Finally and the most annoying thing about the DTM30 is the keyring hole or triangle. As you can see in the picture its small and the triangle shape means it gets stuck on your keyring in one place. Why not have the old large circle hole like on the older DT models Kingston!?

Overall buy this stick over other brands as it is very fast, good value and Kingston USB sticks are extremely reliable. Just take note that it is of poorer build quality & less durable than the older Kingston DT models.

Voici un clé usb 3.0 vraiment rapide en ce qui concerne les transferts. Bonne capacité et très compacte, ce qui m'a valu de la perdre facilement! Mais avant ça, elle fonctionnais parfaitement et semblais solide.

Dropping 2 stars for now. A year later, one of the three we've purchased is suddenly not recognized now - says removable disk. Just happened suddenly. Have tried diskpart, format, disk management - nothing works. Sooo, since this is covered under Kingston warranty, we're going that route. If they make us good, I'll update the review. These haven't been used much, so it's not wear and tear. THAT I would have expected, but these are really little-used.

They are not kidding when they say "mini"!! I felt like a dork when I first opened the package - thought I had accidentally ordered mini-usbs, but no! They are for normal USB ports, just seem too small...love them!
Kingston has always been good, so I'm already using them for backup and photo storage. With confidence.
Highly recommend stringing them on some yarn or nylon, because these could easily get lost.
They came formatted FAT32, by the way.
